Lulu's is open from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on weekends. Boarding bookings are 24 hours from the time of drop off, if you require longer than a 24 hour period please let us know and we will be happy to give you a quote for a late pick up.

Yes, weekends and bank holidays are £5 extra per day/night, per dog. Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Monday are charged at £10 extra per day/night, per dog. Christmas day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day are charged at £25 extra per day/night per dog.

For day care and shorter term boarding (anything under 7 days), we ask for 3 days’ notice if you need to cancel. Unfortunately, we cannot give a refund for anything cancelled with less than 3 days’ notice.

For boarding over 7 days, we ask for 1 week notice if you wish to cancel. Unfortunately, we cannot give a refund for anything cancelled with less than 1 weeks’ notice.

We are happy to take your dog for a walk whilst they are in our care. This will be discussed with you at the meet & greet and we will always ensure your pup recieves enough exercise whilst they are at Lulu's.

Yes, we require all dogs to be up to date on vaccinations to ensure the health and safety of all our furry guests. We also advise all dogs to have the kennel cough vaccination.
